Few times ago, PT PGAS Telekomunikasi Nusantara (PGNCOM) along with several other tenants such as Sena, Pgasol, and Tiara, also took part in the Energy Exchange Forum (EEF) 2023 event held by PT Pertamina Gas (Pertagas) with the theme Collaboration Towards Energy Transition to Achieve Indonesia Net Zero Emission. EEF was held offline at Grha Pertamina, Jakarta on 14-15 February 2023. Four main speakers who attended the event discussed energy-related topics, including the Director of BPH Migas Natural Gas, Soerjaningsih, Director of Energy Transition Baker Hughes, SVP Research & Technology Innovation Pertamina, Iwan Chandra, and Principle Advisor ExploRE GIZ, Dody Setiawan.
EEF is held annually to facilitate sharing of knowledge among officers in the Pertamina Gas Subholding environment as well as to enhance synergy with stakeholders and regulators in the oil and gas world. This forum also aims to increase insights and active roles of Pertagas officers in supporting energy transition through the utilization of natural gas.
In the EEF series, PGNCOM seized this opportunity to promote their subsidiary, Gasnet, and showcase various flagship products. Soerjaningsih, Director of BPH Migas Natural Gas, conveyed that the utilization of domestic natural gas in Indonesia has reached 68%, with Pertagas' contribution reaching 51% through its pipeline infrastructure. Pertagas is expected to continue supporting the government's program in improving national natural gas infrastructure to meet domestic needs.
EEF 2023 was attended by more than 300 participants and was one of the series of celebrations for Pertagas' 16th anniversary. This event provided insights and opportunities for participants to discuss and expand networks with stakeholders in the oil and gas industry.
